NSCDC Nabs Three Suppliers Of Adulterated Diesel And Kerosene In Calabar
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Cross River State Command has arrested three suppliers of adulterated diesel and kerosene that have been the cause of explosions in various homes in the state capital, Calabar.
The suspects were arrested with 71,000 litres of adulterated diesel and kerosene.
The suppliers sealed the product in form of cement bags and were able to beat security personnel from Portharcourt down to Uyo in Akwa Ibom State.
But, on entering the Calabar-Odukpani Highway, the truck was caught by the eagle eyes of NSCDC personnel on duty.
