The Remains Of Late Brigadier General Dzarma Kennedy Zirkusu Have Been Laid To Rest

The remains of late Brigadier General Dzarma Kennedy Zirkusu and six other soldiers who died fighting against Boko Haram terrorists have been laid to rest at the military cemetery of 23 brigade of the Nigerian Army in Yola.

Dignitaries at the funeral included the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Deputy-Governor of Adamawa State, Crowther Seth, and heads of security agencies in the state.

In appreciation for the sacrifices made by the gallant officer, Adamawa state Governor, Umaru Ahmadu Finitiri donated ten million naira to the family of the late General and named a street in Yola after the General.

The Governor also gave seventeen million naira to the families of the other soldiers who died alongside the General.
